• Providing customer service support for the processing of order and its monitoring to the sales team.
• Communicating efficiently with the customers when they come up with inquiries about billing and invoice processing.
• Making sure that the products and services are delivered on-time by working in unison with other departments related to the processing of order and its tracking.
• Providing information about the progress and backlogs happening in the sales to the sales personnel and keeping them updated on a monthly basis.
• Generating billing reports on a monthly basis and their maintenance.
• Making sure that the sales activities are carried out adhering to the financial policies.
